Thank you for choosing our product/service. We strive to provide the best experience for our customers, and in the unlikely event that you need to return or refund your purchase, we have a policy in place to ensure a fair and easy process.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. In this case, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a prepaid shipping label.
